Signature Cake Ordering

General 

• Any changes (date of order, size, flavor, or decoration of the cake) must be requested at least 7 days in advance.
• We offer complimentary messages in any language on any cake.
• Custom decorations such as but not limited to edible image, edible figurine, readymade toy or cake topper can be added to any 8” or larger cake for an additional cost.

Pricing

• We will contact you with a quote and to collect a deposit.
• A minimum 50% deposit is required to secure your order.
• Orders for delivery require full payment to be confirmed.

Timing

• Please allow one week for signature cakes.
• For last minute orders give us a call, we might be able to help.

Cancellation Policy

• Your deposit is refundable up to 7 days before the due date.

Delivery

• Minimum order for delivery is $50 before taxes
• We charge $3 per mile.
• Minimum delivery charge is $15 (under 5 miles)
• When you request delivery please give us 2 hours window, for example, deliver between 2 and 4 pm
