How far in advance should I order the cake?

• For ideal circumstances, we ask for orders at least one week in advance. We can help you if the order is made within a short notice, but your choice of cake flavor and design could be limited.

What is your payment policy?

• We require a 50% deposit to reserve your order. The deposit for a Signature cake order is refundable if the cancelation is made 5 days before the due date Deposit for wedding cakes may be refundable if the cancelation made is less than 30 days before the wedding.
• Your order is not confirmed until we have received your deposit.
• Payment can be made by cash, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard, AmeEx, and Discover).
• Any order over $300.00 and/or that requires delivery must be paid for in full at least 7 days in advance.

What if I need to make changes to my order?

• Any changes (date of the order, quantity of guests, flavor or decoration of the cake) must be made at least 6 days in advance.

What size of Signature cake do I need for my party?

• See cake sizing chart at the bottom of this page.

Do you have anything sugar free?

• The amount of sugar we use in our desserts is done in good taste; however, we do not use sugar substitutes.

Do you make custom shaped cakes?

• Yes, we can recreate almost any shape and size. For custom shaped cakes, we ask that you stop by our shop or call and speak to Lana or another sales associate so we can walk you through the process.

Can I customize my cake with a message, and at what cost?

• Yes, messages are available with all cakes at no cost.

Do you deliver?

• Yes, we deliver Tuesday through Sunday during our working hours.
• Minimum delivery charge is $15.00. If the destination is more than 5 miles, we will charge $3.00 per mile.
• Minimum order eligible for delivery is $50 before tax.

Do you ship your desserts?

• Due to the delicacy and freshness of our cakes, they cannot be shipped.

How do I go about ordering a wedding or custom cake?

• Please contact us to make an appointment with Lana. Bring any pictures, ideas and color samples with you. We can provide you with a tasting and consultation to assure you that your wedding cake or sweet table is just as you had imagined.
• Cake tasing and consultation is available for $45.00 for 1 to 4 people. Please call or email in advance to schedule.

How are your cakes priced?

• Our cake prices vary on the size of the cake, not the fillings. Our Signature cakes are beautiful as is, but if you would like to have custom décor, we can accompany those needs for an additional cost. As prices may vary, please call or stop in to our shop and we will be glad to discuss it with you.

What is the smallest one tier cake that you can make?

The smallest one tier cake will serve 20 people

What is the smallest two tier cake that you can make?

• The smallest two tier cake will serve 35 people.

What is the smallest three tier cake that you can make?

• The smallest three tier cake will serve 60 people.
